We are excited to announce that we are getting ready for spring a little more each day!

There are a few changes we've made, mainly in our main building that we hope you are happy with. Stop in and check out what we've been up to and all the gift items we've gotten in for spring, including specialty items for Easter and Easter Baskets!!!

And of course we cannot forget St. Patricks Day; a holiday we feel is not only for tasting green beverages, but also a day to celebrate both joy and the friendships in our lives.

We even have a new clearance section in our gift goods division; you may just find that special something you've been searching for.

In our greenhouse we are currently preparing our incredible spring baskets and mixed annual planters. Stop in and see the magic behind the amazing beauty of them. Our greenhouse is also bursting with tropical plants including citrus trees, traditional everyday house plants; peace lily, ficus, palms etc., & succulents as well as a multitude of herbs and terrarium plants and accessories.

For your outdoor pots, just to add that special splash of color to rid you and your home of those winter blues, we have pansies ranging in all colors, as well as a selection of other cool weather annuals.

Remember to start your seeds soon. We have a great selection, including flowers, herbs, and vegetables; heirloom tomatoes, and organic seed packets. You'll also find something a little extra to add to your edible garden this year, a choice of onions, asparagus, garlic, rhubarb, horseradish, and potato bulbs, all eager to take up residence in your garden.

Need a few tips on preparing your lawn for spring? Stop in and take time to chat with us about compro, seeding, and our favorite types of lawn fertilizer. It's really simple and very rewarding to actually do that lawn work yourself and see results that even hiring a high priced lawn company is not able to give you.

********CHECK OUT A FEW NOTES AND TIPS BELOW********

Lawn:

We recommend and LOVE using Green View products. During the spring, you should be applying your crabgrass preventer and fertilizer. If you decide to newly seed and/or over seed your lawn, you will not be able to use the crabgrass preventer and/or the broadleaf weed preventer because it will prevent all seed from sprouting. STEVE is excellent and is available to help with all your lawn care needs.

Trees & Shrubs:

All of our plant material and trees start coming in around the beginning of March. Be sure to get in early for your spring blooming trees; cherries, dogwoods, plums, etc, and a huge selection of fruiting trees and shrubs; apples, pears, figs, persimmons, berries, grapes, and more!

Annuals:

We are excited to share that we plant our own annual baskets, planters, and individual pots, and that they are amazingly beautiful!! We carry a large variety of annuals, including everything from your everyday geranium to specialty annuals you won’t find anywhere else.

Specialty Items:

*ROSES come in May – around Mothers Day.
